We founded B'Chic Shoetique with one goal in mind; giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values and we know that the better our service, the more customer loyalty we enjoy. Our store policies are detailed below. Shipping
Please allow 1-5 business days for processing. Once orders are shipped, tracking number will be provided via email. All orders are shipped with UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. B’Chic Shotique will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen packages. If your package appears to be lost, please fill out a claim with UPS or USPS.

Some sandals are not shipped with boxes; you may request the box with your order.
A refund will be issued if an invalid address is provided. However, all shipping cost are non-refundable.
We are currently shipping domestically. NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AT THIS TIME!

Refund & Exchanges
Please note, that we do not offer refunds at this time. We offer exchange only. In order to be eligible for an exchange, please contact us FIRST via email at sales@bchicshoetique.com, or we will refuse any returns made without an approval. All items must be in its original packaging, and must not be worn, smoky or dirty. If item appears worn, smoky or dirty, we will return the package. Please do not tape our shoe boxes. Items must be returned 5 days after delivery date. You are responsible for return shipping cost.

Once we receive your return, we will follow up via email to let you know what we have in our inventory for you to choose from. ALL EXCHANGES ARE FINAL SALE!

Cancel Orders
Please note that there will be a $5.00 fee for any canceled order. Orders will not be canceled after 2 business.
